At PAULZ STÄD AB we constantly work to provide solutions that allow you to manage in the easiest and
most practical way the most important spaces of your life: your home and your office. Among the
services puts at your disposal are:
PAULZ STÄD AB: A digital platform to reserve the cleaning and cafeteria service including the
preparation of food and beverages carried out by our trained and trained staff to offer you a service
with high-quality standards. We also offer assistance, basic accompaniment and recreation service to
people who require support at home, ensuring their safety and development and promoting their
autonomy and independence. Other types of cleaning and maintenance services for residential and
commercial properties may be offered, carried out by suppliers allied to PAULZ STÄD AB, with prior
agreement.
PAULZ STÄD AB: A virtual store where you can buy toiletries, cafeteria, stationery and other products for
your home or office.
APPORTA: a digital platform for managing the payroll and payment of contributions of your domestic
workers.
Our service and our customers have evolved and that is why we have updated our terms of use. The
new terms will be valid as of 2021. From this year, new clients and old clients must read and accept the
terms in order to continue enjoying our services. Your access or continued use of the services and/or
products offered by PAULZ STÄD AB after said publication constitutes your express consent to the
application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and their modifications.

LEGAL WARNING
The web domain www.Paulz städ AB.com , which you have entered is operated, managed and is the
exclusive property of the company domiciled in the city of Sweden, which is dedicated to the
commercial activity of providing integral cleaning services and, sale of hygiene products, cafeteria and
stationery, management and administration of human resources.
The company invites you to carefully read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained in this document,
which regulate the services offered by the SITE and any contractual relationship that arises through it
between the COMPANY and THE CLIENT and/or the USER. If THE CLIENT does not accept the Terms
established here, they should not use the SITE or its services.

PAULZ STÄD AB may modify the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time. THE CLIENT and/or the USER
must visit this page periodically to review the latest version of these Terms, since they are mandatory.

PAULZ STÄD AB.COM: CLEANING AND CAFETERIA SERVICES
CLEANING PROFESSIONAL: The COMPANY worker in charge of providing the service contracted by the
CLIENT, whether it is integral cleaning and/or cafeteria. It is understood that as a worker, they will only
have a subordinate relationship with the COMPANY and their hiring is exclusive, direct, autonomous and
independent.
RESERVATION FORM: Form that the CLIENT completes through THE PLATFORM to reserve one or more
cleaning services and / or cafeteria, in which all the personal data of the same are registered, in addition
to those necessary for the provision of the service and for its treatment in accordance with the
COMPANY’s data treatment policy.
SUBSCRIPTION OR RECURRENCE PLAN: Cleaning plan that implies the automatic scheduling of periodic
services under the conditions required by the CLIENT (Place, date, time)
PURCHASE ORDER: Electronic document that is sent to the CUSTOMER by means of which, through THE
PLATFORM, the CLIENT confirms the reservation of one or more cleaning services and/or cafeteria.
DAMAGE OR INCONVENIENCE FORM: Electronic document that is sent to the CUSTOMER, in case he so
requires, by email so that he can report to the COMPANY any deterioration, damage or any other type
of inconvenience that is presented during the provision of the service.
VALUATION FORM: Electronic document that is sent to the CLIENT so that he can make an evaluation of
the cleaning service and/or cafeteria carried out by the COMPANY.

WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN THE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL NOT PERFORM?
Remember that our CLEANING PROFESSIONALS are hired exclusively for cleaning and/or cafeteria
services, established in number 1.2 of this document.
By virtue of the foregoing, the CLIENT may not request from the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL another
activity different from those previously mentioned and in case he does it, he will run at his own risk.
Therefore, the COMPANY in no case is responsible for the damages that its action may cause.
In addition, the following tasks, services and/or activities are expressly prohibited:
CARE OF CHILDREN AND OLDER ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: The CUSTOMER cannot leave a minor
(between 0 and 18 years old) or an elderly person in charge of the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL who needs
psychological support, medical care or accompaniment by from a health professional, not counting our
CLEANING PROFESSIONALS with this type of training; They must be supervised throughout the duration
of the shifts or services by a family member of legal age and / or responsible adult.

SICK CARE: The CLIENT cannot leave in charge of the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL people who are in a
health condition that requires some special medical care, because they do not have the quality of health
professionals and therefore are not authorized to access the care of people.
CARE OF PETS: The CUSTOMER cannot leave pets of any kind in charge of the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL,
nor request them to carry out tasks related to them.
MAKING PURCHASES: The CUSTOMER may not ask THE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to leave the premises
with the CUSTOMER’s money and make purchases of any kind, call it market items, toilets, medicines,
clothing, stationery etc. Therefore, it is noteworthy that the CLIENT must have all the cleaning elements
before the start of the service so that it can be carried out effectively.
PAYING RECEIPTS: The CUSTOMER may not request THE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to receive money
from the CUSTOMER to make payments of receipts of any kind.
GIVE MEDICATIONS TO PEOPLE OR ANIMALS: For your safety, that of your pets and the other people in
your home, THE CUSTOMER cannot request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to provide any type of
medication, this taking into account that it does not count with the quality of health professional and
therefore should not manage this type of activities.
RECEIVE AND PAY ADDRESSES, ORDERS AND DELIVERIES OF ANY KIND OF MERCHANDISE OR
PACKAGE: The CUSTOMER may not request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to receive or pay for
deliveries of any kind. We recommend that the days in which the cleaning service is hired and the
CLEANING PROFESSIONAL is the only person who is going to stay on the premises, do not schedule
deliveries of parcels, addresses or the like, because the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL is not authorized to
pay, or receive them.
RECEIVE KEYS TO THE PREMISES: The CUSTOMER may not request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to
receive keys to the premises or make use of them. Even though PAULZ STÄD AB carries out an absolutely
detailed and responsible process in the hiring and training of its CLEANING PROFESSIONALS, our
recommendation is that for no reason give keys to the property to it and if you do it will be at your own
risk and expense. The SITE is not responsible for the damages that its action may cause.
AUTHORIZE THIRD-PARTY ENTRY TO THE PREMISES: THE CLIENT cannot request the CLEANING
PROFESSIONAL to allow the entry of any third person to the premises during the time the service is
provided. In the event that the CLIENT requests the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to issue said
authorization, the consequences of this will be at their own risk.
ANSWERING THE PREMISES AND / OR MOBILE PHONES THAT ARE ON THE SAME: The CUSTOMER may
not request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to receive or make calls through the property’s landline
phone or by any other means of communication in the premises. Therefore, the CLIENT should not ask
him to take charge of this activity and if he does, the consequences of this authorization will be at the
CLIENT’s risk and expense.

CLEANING OF FACADES OR AT HEIGHTS (RISK OF FALLING TO 1.50 METERS OR MORE ON A LOWER
LEVEL OR FLOOR):The CLIENT cannot request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to clean the façade of the
premises or work at heights in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 1409 of 2012, because they
do not have the required knowledge for activities that may involve handling heights and that this task is
not among those offered by VOSAVOS SAS through its PLATFORM. In the event that the CLIENT requests
it and the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL agrees, the responsibility for the activity will run solely at the
CUSTOMER’s account and risk, exempting both the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL and the PAULZ STÄD AB
company from any type of liability (contractual and extra-contractual) for facts or events that may occur
in the development of this activity, since they are carried out by the exclusive request of the CLIENT.
STRIPPING AND/OR SEALING FLOORS OR OTHER SURFACES: The CUSTOMER may not request the
CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to carry out deep and/or thorough cleaning activities in order to remove all
the old layers of wax, sealants, varnishes, etc., leaving it prepared for the application of a conservation
and maintenance treatment, since for this operation strongly alkaline industrial stripping products and
specialized machinery that THE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL is not qualified or trained to handle must be
used. Therefore, manual pickling is also not allowed. It will only be allowed if the activity is previously
and expressly authorized by the Company.
RECEIVE MONEY AND / OR GOODS FROM THE CLIENT AND / OR THIRD PARTIES: The CLIENT may not
request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to receive money or goods from the CLIENT and/or third parties
with whom they are related by virtue of the provision of the service, under any title (loan, donation,
etc.). In the event that the CLIENT and/or the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL disregards this prohibition, no
claim will proceed against PAULZ STÄD AB for these goods or money delivered.
CARRYING OUT TASKS OF ANY NATURE OUTSIDE THE PERMITTED ACTIVITIES: The CUSTOMER may not
request the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL to carry out any other activity other than that established in
section of this document.
PARAGRAPH: It is stated that THE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL is expressly prohibited from these
activities. In the event that the CLIENT requests or executes any of the prohibitions described above
without express authorization or prior knowledge of THE COMPANY, the CUSTOMER will be responsible
for the damages and other inconveniences that may be generated during the execution of the same.
Therefore, the COMPANY is completely exonerated for any inconvenience derived from the activities
expressly prohibited.

PRICE OF SERVICES
The prices of the services offered by PAULZ STÄD AB are published when the services are quoted and in
the PURCHASE ORDER sent to the CLIENT. Prices vary according to the frequency of purchase quoted by
the client. If the CLIENT makes changes to the PURCHASE ORDER, the price of the services may be
updated based on the new frequency chosen by the CLIENT in the PURCHASE ORDER.

CLEANING PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNMENT
Once the reservation is confirmed, PAULZ STÄD AB will assign the CLIENT one or more of its CLEANING
PROFESSIONALS (depending on the PURCHASE ORDER), to carry out the contracted cleaning and/or
cafeteria services, at the place and time specified by the CLIENT in the RESERVATION FORM.
The CLIENT understands that THE PLATFORM will assign the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL (s) according to
their availability and/or internal criteria, taking into account that they all have the same level of training,
qualification, quality and professionalism.
At the time of the assignment, the CLIENT may consult on THE PLATFORM the personal data of the
CLEANING PROFESSIONAL, which includes: ID, legal background and performance evaluations made by
other CLIENTS. Notwithstanding the assignment made, the CLIENT understands that the COMPANY,
according to its availability, may make last minute changes to the assignment of the CLEANING
PROFESSIONAL, without this fact constituting any breach of the provision of the service.
The CLIENT accepts and understands that the personal data of the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL that are
delivered by PAULZ STÄD AB, with its express authorization, are sent with the sole purpose of informing
the CLIENT the identity of the person who will provide the service and that therefore They cannot be
used for any other purpose without the express and written approval of both the owner of the same and
the COMPANY, respecting the Sweden Data.
The CLIENT accepts that, if the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL shows up at the time and place programmed
by the CLIENT to perform the cleaning and cafeteria service and he is not at the address programmed by
him to receive the service at the indicated time, the CLEANING PROFESSIONAL will wait for a maximum
of one (1) hour. If the CLIENT manages to receive the service, the waiting time will be deducted from the
scheduled shift. If the CUSTOMER does not receive the service within the first sixty minutes, the
CLEANING PROFESSIONAL is authorized to leave the direction of execution of the programmed service
and in any case the service is given as provided without any claim and/or partial refund.
